Authoring of page tags for the Google Tag Manager #97

Every page needs a way to define custom per-page tags that are added to the data-layer of the Google Tag Manager. Currently those are authored as page-properties within AEM.

Possible implementation: Add a new field to the EDS page metadata where one can set the custom tags.
