CR: Make columns wider on Categories mega-menu dropdown

The Road Choice Categories mega-menu drop down columns are narrower that what was previously displayed on the older Sitecore environment before migrating to AEM as seen in the screen shot comparisons below. This change request is to make the category columns wider so each product category can be displayed on 1 line instead of breaking after 1-2 words as it currently behaves.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Make the category columns wider so each product category can be displayed on 1 line instead of breaking after 1-2 words
• [ ] Add a minimum and maximum width on all columns
• [ ] Columns need to stay in the same position relative to one another in bigger screen resolution, fixed gap between columns
• [ ] All categories will be on one line - to a certain extent

Notes

• Prioritize having English all on one line
• Smaller text is not an option
• Contrast of mega-menu colours needs to adjust to accessibility standards
