Related to the Volvo Repo Migration aemsites/vg-volvotrucks-us#691

As a user, I want to be able to select between French and English content on the Canadian Volvo Trucks website so that I can access the content in either language.

Content AC:

[ ] A language selector is available for users to switch between French and English content
