Mark Directory as HTL Root does not work #214

After https://github.com/aemtools/aemtools/pull/190/files#r917011978 "Mark Directory as HTL Root" no longer works. Original feature request #115. Steps to reproduce:

Put html files in any folder except "jcr_root", e.g. "resources"
Mark Directory as HTL Root.

Expected behavior: html files under "resources" directory should be editable by plugin, but now they are editable by default html editor.
