[Helm] Security policy in Talos Linux #117

Using a helm chart we'll face this issue, please investigate it and try to resolve it.

I guess it's a good approach to generate the most secure config for the operator in the helm chart and customize

I also think that we need to generate security context in EtcdClusters later
