This patch builds on my SASS fixes patch. Please wait on reviewing this until that is committed.

This patch is entirely my own personal preference, and should really only be merged if a quorum of people agree that it's an improvement. It's not at all necessary. The existing headings just didn't feel all that prominent.

Here's a quick before-and-after:

The current difference between H1's and H2's is a 10% font-size change. H1's should definitely stand out more than that IMO.
