What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.

• open PR on conda-forge/staged-recipes
• check that aeon-neuro-feedstock was setup properly
• verify $ conda create -n aeon-neuro-env -c conda-forge aeon-neuro installs v0.0.1 locally (mac-os) without errors
• update remaining references for aeon to aeon-neuro
• add conda badge to README.md
• add "Install the latest release from conda-forge" to docs/installation.md
