Results for the 2023 bakeoff are not complete.

Upload missing estimators i.e. QUANT and H-IT
Upload 142 datasets for best of class
Update function
Update text in published result notebook (the phrase "compared univariate classifiers on 112 UCR datasets" and following 2023 bake off section)
