As a user, I'd like to be able to run Botty without having to define my hotkeys in the params or custom.ini

[x] Botty hotkey bindings removed from params.ini
[x] Botty hotkey bindings removed from Config()
[x] Add key_file to params.ini
[x] Use saved_games_folder and key_file to read the hotkeys
[x] Add templates for all character skills
[x] Detect hotkeys (only) when starting first game
