fix Aeon Com Teleport Upgrade breaks U.I #236

Teleport Upgrade is working, but FarsightOptics was causing the error.

ScryTarget needs to be renamed to TargetLocation or orders.lua can't assing a propper slot to the FarsightOptics button.
