Add lwinscard but realized that was already a PR,

Add updated DLL files for windows 10 compile.

If you don't like the readme changes, disregard

Windows DLLs update seems good, but since the issue addressed here isn't specific to Aeon, could you please post the corresponding patch to the Monero GUI so that the same change will be added to both repositories? I don't like the Aeon codebase (even for README) diverting from Monero's without good reason.
