Audit the linter rules and docs for AEP-122

[ ] embedded_resource - remove
[ ] name_suffix - convert to path_suffix
[x] no-self-link - good as-is
[ ] resource_collection_identifiers - use kebab_case
[x] resource_id_output_only - good as is
[x] - resource_reference_type - good as is
