feat: add category in nav, slug support #8

aep.dev#2 Introduces the concept of slugs, and raises up the concept of categories as a more prominent concept.

Implementing slugs as specified in aep.dev#2. Adding categories into the navigation to help the visual organization of AEPs.

note: I think once you update, we need to add slugs for all aeps. So I can pick that work up while updating our site-generator to the most recent version.
