• Make the CV button actually pull up a CV
• Maybe remove Editorial by HTML5UP from all the headers, since that is included in the copyright note at the bottom of the site
• Remove search bar as it does diddly-squat
• Make email into link-less font, as there is no link to refer to

When you do some research you can/should update that more, maybe ask some people if you should put your UCARE thing there, assorted slides/presentations like Brian has. Consider working on the drop-down menu thing some more.
