Visitor information/notices #4

Should prompt visitors with key information notices. This might include special notices based on time, location, activity. Or it might include permanent notices related to general rules or practices. Notices should provide a way for the person to acknowledge (e.g. I am an expert on this, I am familiar with this, I do not know about this and need more info).
