[QUESTION] Sort fields not working #112

I have added sort fields to the results web part and they are not working. Had previously set up the PnP Search web part the same way and that worked fine.

  1. The exact steps you followed so that we can reproduce the exact issue.
  2. Screenshot of the UI - what is not working as expected?
  3. Console screenshot (press F12) - if there are any errors showing.
  4. Screenshot of the results webpart configuration.

Don't seem to be able to upload screenshots. It just keeps saying "Something went really wrong, and we can't process that file. Try again.". Is there something I need to do to get them uploaded?

Couldn't upload the graphics themselves, but I zipped them. Hopefully this helps.

@tflemHAK ,Thanks for uploading the screenshots. As per our understanding, you are using 'Details List' layout. Sort dropdown is visible for all other layouts except 'Details list'. The same is the case in Pnp search solution as well. Kindly try it for other layouts and let us know if you still face any issues. We have noted this point and have added it in our backlog. Once our team has enough bandwidth, we can work on this point. For now, there is no ETA.

We actually transitioned from the latest PnP Search web parts to the Aequos data visualizer, and the current PnP web parts to include sortability on the Details list. I will try a different layout.
