[BUG] Taxonomy not filtering results at third level

Version used Ex: 1.6.0

Describe the bug We have a three tiered term set. All three tiers are tagged on the documents being searched/filtered. Filter only returns results at the first and second level when everything is automatically selected under it. It won't return any results when a single term is selected.

Expected behavior Expect to be able to select a term at any level of the tree and have the documents tagged with that term returned.
