incomplete related book addition #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a book
2. add a related book to it

What is the expected output? 
both books reference each other

What do you see instead?
only the source book references dest book

it is more obvious when the link has only one direction
when adding or removing only one book is being changed
