Think PR #71 that @BernardoSilva provided is better. Though, he just missed the docs. I would merge #71 rather then this one, and then add docs afterwards

@tmilos dont forget that the extension loads the driver yaml file.

71 lacks the yaml file for the document manager service. and replaces totally the entity manager by the document manager...
