Motivation

When following the installation instruction on the main README.md, couldn't get it running on Keycloak Quarkus. More info: https://github.com/aerogear/keycloak-metrics-spi/issues/132

What

Adds instructions for Keycloak Quarkus

Why

The installation path changed, as well as the procedure.

How

Adds new steps alongside the widfly docs

Verification Steps

Run Keycloak Quarkus container as explained in Keycloak docs and follow new instructions
Go to http://localhost:8080/realms/master/metrics to see the metrics

Checklist:

[x] Checked on localhost running latest keycloak image
[ ] Changes have been successfully verified by another team member
