New image and wait on mysql #12

@matzew The deployment and the route work, UPS is reachable and also works. But there are still two problems with this apb:

  1. After the deployment is finished an error is shown in the service instance
  2. The delete role doesn't delete some resources (like the secret) which breaks delete & redeploy

I'm looking into that now

I think that was already before... lets capture that on different JIRA/PR
