implement bind and unbind #21

Implement bind and unbind for Android Mobile Clients.

The UI currently requires you to input the name of a mobile client, but that is not displayed in the service instance (Go to resources -> other resources -> mobile clients -> edit to find the name). I still want to figure out if there's a better way.

@matzew No, for this we would have to implement bind on the mobile client apb.
