test includes running bind role
check for existing variant after bind role has finished
test-unbind role: consists of deletion of variant via REST API and check that it was deleted from application
deletion of test-specific secret, because it's not needed

@psturc Looking now, for verification just run the test role and ensure everything happens as expected?

@cfoskin thanks. APB test has already passed on testing cluster. So I think code review is sufficient :)
