Support webSocketUrl key for CDP capabilities #430

for now moon only supports ce:cdp capability and returns correct ws url, in your test you requests “webSocketUrl”:true, and moon does not process this capability and returns plain driwers websocket url ws://127.0.0.1:4444/session/e4ed99942c5c6a17116689ff39b3c0a3
that is actually inside container on moon
