Solves #20

Uses rzeldent/micro-timezonedb as a local timezone database
Switches from using the RTC to only the onboard timekeeping (not sure the rtc is really that useful unless we go to sleep)

This adds ~30kib of flash consumption and neglegable ram - happy with the levels. RAM usage is much higher than it was in #18 - concerning but i think it's just due to the enabling of wifi now
