Feature request

Use Case

Save Battery state info packet as a "sensor" data and send it to the cloud.

Current state.

Battery state info packet currently only outputs to logger

Started the task, in: fa4baa15b18ef9ed7e90b067c3e60753d0ab88e5 But had second thoughts, if this is entirely needed. Also it is a nit out of place in between the rest of the data.
