Update new documentation #7

@pariaspe @RPS98 We can add all the installation instructions and add the px4_ros_com in the dependency_repos.repos file

  1. px4_msgs pkg is needed for building as2_pixhawk_platform
  2. px4_ros_com is needed for building micrortps_agent which is necessary while launching
  3. if px4_ros_com is added to repos file, openjdk-11, foonathan_memory and Fast-DDS-Gen v1.0.4 are required to build the pkg

Do we add px4_ros_com to repos file or should we keep it outside? Including it will imply adding three external dependencies to the pixhawk platform

This is not required anymore
