Poi tec_common image distorted #241

When using tec-warning the iconimage is distorted. It only seems to affect the tec_common image, all other images are correct. When changing the image to any other the problem is still there. This happens with the car (day) layout. When switched to car-dark the image is normal.

My guess would be something in the car layout. See screenshots for clarification and differ[[Image(C:\fakepath\tec dark.png)]][[Image(C:\fakepath\tec day.png)]]ance between both layouts.

Just tested with OSM -Mapnik layout. Same problem, Day=bad, night=ok.
