Android: TTS ignores language setting in navit.xml #84

Tested with Android svn 4383: Text-to-speech only uses system locale (or forced language). setting language="de_DE" in navit.xml is not passed to the TTS system.

This ticket was pushed back in order to bring 0.5.1 out soon.
