Update the ContentsFinderQueueInfo ConditionId data types #1024

Updates the data type of the following properties of the ContentsFinderQueueInfo struct to be uint rather than byte:

QueuedContentFinderConditionId1
QueuedContentFinderConditionId2
QueuedContentFinderConditionId3
QueuedContentFinderConditionId4
QueuedContentFinderConditionId5
