start point: expression data matrix #2

Hi there, I'm trying to use GENIE3 for a bunch of RNA-Seq expression data. Do you have any suggestions on how the expression matrix should be prepared? Raw counts vs normalized ? If normalized, is there a recommended method? Also, Is log2 transformation necessary?
