TF and their target at gene level #32

Hi, I am using RcisTarget for the GRN construction using SCENIC.

I wanted to investigate the Rcistarget database in order to know which genes are transcription factors and which genes are target genes of specific transcription factors.

With the downloaded 'feather' file, I cannot get the information I want to see.

If there's an additional file or anyway to get the TF and its target, how can I retrieve them?

The desired format would be like below

@harimchun Hi! Have you figured this out yet? I also need to obtain TF-target information from the Rcistarget database.
