Hi @aertslab, Thanks to develop the great tools, There are two fields,as NES and Genie3Weight, on the output file 'Step2_regulonTargetsInfo.tsv' make me confused. and i exactly do not what means is on the field? Could you describt it on the homepage? Any advice and comment should be appreciated. Good works.
