Hi, I am working on C. elegans and I want to run SCENIC. But there is not input file to download for C. elegans in https://rawcdn.githack.com/aertslab/SCENIC/701cc7cc4ac762b91479b3bd2eaf5ad5661dd8c2/inst/doc/SCENIC_Setup.html

Can I make a customized motif-ranking ?

Dear @lengfei5 ,

Creating motif-rankings for new organisms is not completely straight forward. We are currently working on making some tutorials on how to do it... but it might take a few weeks/months.

You can follow the repository to make sure that you are notified once they are available.
