Hello,

Thanks for developing a great tools for scRNA seq analysis! I am running into an error while trying to run SCENIC4 and here is my error message :

Error in as.data.frame.default(x[[i]], optional = TRUE) : cannot coerce class ‘structure("ScenicOptions", package = "SCENIC")’ to a data.frame.

I looked online and couldn't find a similar error, would you be able to help with this? thanks
