RcisTarget dataset download error #204

Dear authors,

I had problem to download RcisTarget dataset from either 'https://resources.aertslab.org/cistarget/' webpage or 'https://resources-mirror.aertslab.org/cistarget/'

Is there anything else I could try to download the dataset?
