Hi,

I'm trying to run SCENIC on a Linux server, but I got an error after "RcisTarget: Calculating AUC".

I tried the tricks in the posted issue below, but it didn't help. Every time after I adjusted the settings for BiocParallel, my script just stopped running from the beginning. Do you have any ideas about this? Thanks very much.

I reinstalled RcisTarget package, now it's working fine.
