exportsForArboreto input matrix log transformed or not #418

As in the title, i am using exportsForArboreto to export data to run grnboost but it is not clear to me if I need to use the raw expression matrix or the log transformed one since GENIE3 uses the log transformed matrix according to the tutorial.
