ORCID login status is not consistent across components #478

In develop, once logged in with ORCID, some components know that the user is logged in (such as the ORCID button, and the "Add Clusterings" button), but others do not (Such as the "Add Annotation" button)

Closing as WONTFIX since this issue only makes sense in the "old" system
