SCope web tool not showing embeddings #518

Hi Guys,

Great tool! Thanks for taking the time and effort to develop it. I just ran SCENIC on my dataset, but I can't seem to visualize it in SCope. The regulons or showing up and I can export to an excel, but I can't see any umap or tsne embeddings. The central pane is completely blank. This goes for the sample datasets you guys have up there too. Is there any other way I can visualize the regulon activity on a umap (say in scanpy or something?)
