I was wondering if you could let me know where I can find the whole genome ranking file, in the IRegulon paper there is a mention of it

"In the ranking step, we generate whole-genome rankings of 22284 human RefSeq genes for a library of PWMs where a PWM is a matrix representation of a regulatory motif"
