Hello, I often see this heatmap in papers. I am not sure how to generate something similar. Also How to generate the motif plots. Thank you. Screenshot from 2024-08-23 03-02-20

About which aspect are you unsure, the actual plotting of the heatmap or how to acquire the regulon AUC values that are being plotted?

Could you clarify what you mean by "the motif plots"?
