SCENIC+ is a python package to build gene regulatory networks (GRNs) using combined or separate single-cell gene expression (scRNA-seq) and single-cell chromatin accessibility (scATAC-seq) data.
I am having a huge amount of trouble getting SCENIC+ to work on my HPC due to dependencies clashes. And I can't seem to make the docker image work either.
I figured that since you guys use SCENIC+ and can make it work (hopefully on Docker too), maybe you could just push the latest stable scenicplus to dockerhub (or not even the latest one, just the most recent).
Could please just share on dockerhub a scenicplus image from which we can launch a shell script or a python script please?
