SCENIC+ is a python package to build gene regulatory networks (GRNs) using combined or separate single-cell gene expression (scRNA-seq) and single-cell chromatin accessibility (scATAC-seq) data.
I completed scenic+ on my multiome data and exported a .cys file to analyze in cytoscape. However, when I try to import the file into cytoscape it says:

"Don't know how to read network_CD8.cys"
What does this mean? Can anyone help?
