Question: How to 'map' new SCENIC+ nomenclature with the older versions #415
I have successfully run the latest version of SCENIC+ using the snakemake pipeline. However, several of the plotting functions are not updated yet, and I have looked to the old example notebook to extract the data and generate some of the plots, but in the new MuData object and after also creating a SECNICplus object (old version), several of the values output by the pipeline doesn't match the previous nomenclature. Is there any documentation that could help navigate what the new changes are and how to match the new column outputs with the older version of SCENIC+?
Good day!

Thank you in advance!
