@SeppeDeWinter Hi, I recently found that the tutorial using unpaired scATAC-seq and scRNA-seq in melanoma cell lines: https://scenicplus.readthedocs.io/en/latest/mix_melanoma_cell_lines.html does not exist. Do you know how to find it ?
