Hi!Thank you so much for developing and maintaining a great tool. Can you tell me how to obtain input files in benchmark testing? For example,“/staging/leuven/stg_00002/lcb/cbravo/Multiomics_pipeline/analysis/DPCL/data/peaks_per_tracks_unibind.tsv“” Therefore, I would like to inquire whether you could provide access to this specific dataset? scenicplus_analyses/Benchmarks/SCENIC+/Methods_benchmark.Rmd at main · aertslab/scenicplus_analyses (github.com)
