This is a draft of the work done so far. Not rly ready to merge.

Summary

added near-js-api
added config.js to use for interaction with near-js
added login & logout methods
added a draft-backend-getting-started-contract folder

*Notes to self: should prob delete the compilation folders. Tonight I'll read up more on proper auth practices with near & hopefully get it into a better shape.
