Tutorial and skeleton fixes #215

This pull fixes the following issues in the tutorials:

And makes the skeleton project compile again since a SceneManager API change.

@Ithamar Thanks for the patch, I was just about to push one of my own when I saw this.

This is a pretty big glaring bug guys, can we get a pull soon?
