[dev] skeleton: make it work for the dev branch

• Fixed scripts to use ${MINKO_HOME}/script/premake5.{sh,bat}
• Fixed main.cpp for vec3 / mat4 changes in math namespace.

Could only test on OS/X, but it should work on all platforms.

Fixes #217
